At DRENCHED, we’re more than just a beauty brand – we’re a passion project fueled by years of industry experience and a commitment to clean beauty. We are a team of two, woman owned based out of San Diego with extensive beauty industry backgrounds. Between us we have a cosmetologist license, estheticians license, spray tanning certification, nursing degree, and business degree. Our extensive experience spans across tanning salons, hair salons, spas, and cosmetic dermatology offices, equipping us with valuable insights into the needs and wants of our consumers. With a passion for to clean beauty and user-friendly products that deliver results, we are here to DRENCH YOU in confidence and radiance.

At DRENCHED, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
– Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
– Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return

Prepare Your Package:
   – Place the item(s) in their original packaging.
   – Include your proof of purchase.
Ship Your Return:
   – We recommend using a trackable shipping method. DRENCHED is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds and Processing Time
– Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– Approved refunds will be processed within [5-10] business days.
– Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
– Original Shipping costs will be refunded. Buyer pays return shipping costs.
– If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items

– We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
